How far in advance do I need to order?

ASAP! The sooner you order for your event/occasion, the better. We have limited availability and weekends/holiday’s book quickly.

 

What is your availability?

Our availability is limited and varies week to week. Please inquire to see if the order date you’re looking for is available.

 

Can I choose what items are included in my order?

We hope that you can fully trust us to carefully select the items we use in your order. While we do not allow selection of items, we do ask that you let us know if there are items you DO NOT want in your order.

 

Where are you located?

We operate in a licensed + inspected residential kitchen in Marshfield, MA. We do not have a storefront at this time. Before your order date you will be given the address of your pickup location.

 

Do you deliver?

Delivery availability depends on the day/location. Delivery is free of charge in Marshfield (when available). Deliveries outside of Marshfield will be subject to a delivery fee. Please keep in mind that someone MUST be home to receive a delivery order. Orders cannot be left on a doorstep.

 

Can you accommodate allergies?

Please be aware that we operate in a kitchen that utilizes common food allergens so use discretion if you or your guests have food allergies/sensitives. Because of this, cross-contamination is likely to occur. Please alert us at the time of your order of any allergies.

 

Can you accommodate dietary preferences?

Yes, we can accommodate most dietary preferences (gluten free, vegetarian, etc.).

 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of your order date to receive a full refund. Any order cancelled in less than 48 hours cannot be refunded.

How long will my order stay fresh?

Most orders should be consumed within 24 hours of production. If you plan on consuming your order the next day, please let us know and we can package it accordingly.

 

Can I travel with my order?

If you plan on taking your order on a road trip, please make sure you have proper cooling equipment (ice packs, cooler) for the ride.

 

How long can my order stay out and be safe for consumption?

Your order is safe for consumption for up to 4 hours at room temperature. After this time, perishable items should be discarded.

 

How should I store my order?

Please refrigerate your charcuterie board upon receiving it. Charcuterie boards are best served at ROOM TEMPERATURE so in order to experience the full flavor of your cheeses and meats, take your order out of the refrigerator a half hour or so before serving.

Do you offer grazing tables?

Yes! Please email us or submit an event inquiry form for more information.

Do you have gift certificates?

Yes. Please email us to purchase one.
